Unsolicited Submission Policy

As a general practice, we do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas or material.  Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, materials, original creative artwork, suggestions, pitches, outlines, scripts, treatments or other works (collectively, “Unsolicited Submissions”) to us. Any Unsolicited Submissions will be discarded or returned and will not be read.  The purpose of this policy is to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disputes if your original works or Unsolicited Submissions seem similar to any Betty Cohen Media Consulting, Inc. works since many works and submissions are based on the same or similar ideas.

Please note, if you choose to disregard this policy and submit Unsolicited Submissions regardless, you acknowledge that you have read this Unsolicited Submission Policy and understand that by making such an Unsolicited Submission, you understand that Betty Cohen Media Consulting, Inc. has no obligation to you or your Unsolicited Submission and that you have no claim whatsoever based on such submission.

If you submit any Unsolicited Submissions in violation of this Unsolicited Submission Policy then you agree as follows:

(i) the Unsolicited Submissions you submit will automatically become the property of Betty Cohen Media Consulting, Inc. without any compensation or other obligation to you or any third party;

(ii) we may use or redistribute the Unsolicited Submissions you submit for any purpose and in any manner, without restriction;

(iii) we are not obligated to review the Unsolicited Submissions you submit;

(iv) we are not obligated to keep the Unsolicited Submissions you submit confidential; and

(v) we are not obligated to acknowledge or return any Unsolicited Submission or any related materials.

We do welcome customer and fan feedback that comes in a form that does not violate this Unsolicited Submission Policy. The feedback you provide is deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and will not be kept confidential, and we may use your feedback (or choose not to use it) without restriction and without any compensation to you or any third party.
